Sunflower oil with a high content of vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids has a pleasant nutty aroma and delicious taste. It is obtained by pressing from sunflower seeds. It contains vitamin E, unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin and more. Especially, it is suitable for cold cuisine, for making a spreads and mayonnaise, or for fast heat treatment. It supports immunity and refreshing the body.
Recommended dose: 3 - 5 ml (1 teaspoon) twice a day. The oil has a delicate nutty scent. To flavor cold dishes as needed. There is no health risk if the recommended daily dose is exceeded. It is not suitable for long-term heat treatment, in any case for fryers.
