It contains a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, which are very important for the human body. The oil has a very pleasant, slightly sweet taste and a neutral slightly nutty aroma. Although grape seed oil tolerates relatively high temperatures (up to 252 ° C), we recommend it for use in cold cuisine. The oil supports the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system.
