Oil pressed from avocado seeds is a high quality edible oil. Avocado oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, sterols, antioxidants and vitamins. It suppresses the formation of dental plaque and strengthens the gums. The high content of sitosterols regulates normal cholesterol levels. Avocado oil dampens the harmful effects of a polluted environment. The oil can withstand up to 250 ° C, so it can also be used for frying and baking. It has a slight avocado aroma and taste and a deep green color.
