It is pressed from slightly under-ripe olives, which gives the oil a more pronounced flavour and aroma. It is an excellent ingredient for salads, spreads, sauces, etc. It is not intended for use at higher temperatures. It is a strong antioxidant that regulates blood pressure. Olive oil also has excellent cosmetic properties. It is used in luxury cosmetics, for massages for exclusive clientele, for hair wraps, nail wraps and so on.
