Reishi is also known as the “Divine Mushroom of Immortality” or Lingzhi mushroom. Its aboveground part is rich in a number of active substances, of which 1,5 % is beta-glucan. Reishi supports natural immunity and the normal function of the circulatory system (heart, blood vessels). It stimulates the body when exhausted. Supports normal blood cholesterol levels. It is one of the cornerstones of traditional Chinese medicine.

Recommended dose: 1 - 2 capsules daily. Take 5 days a week and stop for 2 days. Take on an empty stomach, swallow with plenty of water. We recommend increasing your vitamin C intake while taking Reishi.

A food supplement is a food intended to supplement a normal diet and which is a concentrated source of vitamins and minerals or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, contained in the food alone or in combination, intended for direct consumption in small measured quantities.
