Ingredients: Glycerin, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) standardized root extract (Valeric acid 0,8%), Baikal skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis) standardized root extract (baicalin 95 %), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) flower extract (5:1 ), Hops (Humulus lupulus) standardized pine cone extract (Flavones 5 %), Ginseng (Panax ginseng) standardized root extract (ginsenosides 25 %), Passiflora (Passiflora sp.) standardized flower extract (rosmarinic acid 2 % ), water.
Recommended dose: 2–4 ml (30-60 drops) approximately 30 minutes before sleep.

A food supplement is a food intended to supplement a normal diet and which is a concentrated source of vitamins and minerals or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, contained in the food alone or in combination, intended for direct consumption in small measured quantities.
