Ultimate Magnesium Complex is a unique broad-spectrum magnesium complex that is specially formulated for maximum absorption in the organism and efficient use of magnesium in the human body. This complex contains a natural source of magnesium, Aquamin, extracted from seaweed around Iceland, along with a carefully selected combination of 4 chelated forms of magnesium (malate, threonate, bisglycinate, taurate). The formula is further enriched with vitamin B6 in the rare form of P5P, which effectively enhances magnesium absorption, and the supporting amino acids L-Tryptophan and L-Theanine. This complex is also enriched with herbal extracts that optimize the desirable accompanying effects during the day and night.

Day Formula is focused on effective action during the day. It helps to increase energy and supports resistance to fatigue and external influences and improves mental activity.
Night Formula is designed to be effective during the night when the body is relaxing and regenerating. It thus helps overall calming, relaxation, regeneration and supports sleep.
Recommended dosage - Day Dose
Intensive magnesium treatment: 2 capsules in the morning, ideally at least 30 minutes before meals. Suitable for people with symptoms of magnesium deficiency, athletes and those exposed to increased physical or mental stress.
Gradual magnesium treatment: 1 capsule in the morning, ideally at least 30 minutes before meals. Suitable for people with a balanced diet (with sufficient magnesium in the diet) and those with low physical or mental stress or those with low body weight (under 50 kg).
Recommended dosage - Nighttime dose
Intensive magnesium treatment: 2 capsules in the evening, ideally at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Suitable for persons with symptoms of magnesium deficiency, athletes and those exposed to increased physical or mental stress.
